At 6:30, as the adrenaline for the start builds, there is the Bike Breakfast: free coffee on the grid for all cyclists.

Everyone ready on the grid to sprint on the pedals, sipping a good coffee offered by Estados, for a ritual that serves to gather the energy needed to tackle the effort!
Participating in the Granfondo Via del Sale, you will also have: mechanical and medical assistance for the entire duration of the route, refreshment points along the route and a final pasta party in the splendid location of the Fantini Club.
