E-Bike initiative confirmed!
Do you dream of taking part in a Granfondo with your e-bike? For the sixth consecutive year the Granfondo Via del Sale Fantini Club will be run with any type of e-bike! Not only racing bikes but also mtb, gravel and any type of pedal-assisted bike.
A precise choice to really involve everyone, even those who, despite health problems or inadequate training, want to experience the emotions of the Granfondo Via del Sale in the saddle, as a protagonist.

You can register online like other granfondisti on the Endu website (click to register), ticking the “E-BIKE” box.

In accordance with the regulations of the main Italian granfondo races, the entry fee for those taking part in the race with e-bikes is the same as for other participants.
The fee includes: the rich race package, mechanical assistance, medical assistance, refreshments along the route, pasta party, 28th edition medal, bike breakfast in the grid entrance area.

Each participant will therefore be assigned a dorsal and e-bike riders will start from the green grid, at the back of the group.
Due to the amateur nature of the participation, for those taking part with e-bikes, no ranking will be drawn up, however, a list of finishers will be drawn up, which will also show the time achieved..

It will only be possible to participate in the Via del Sale with an e-bike if in possession of a valid cyclist's card for 2025.
Those not in possession of a regular card may participate in the event by signing up for a daily card with insurance coverage limited to the duration of the sporting event at a cost of 10 euros at the ACSI information desk on the days of the event (Friday from 3.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m., Saturday from 9.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., Sunday from 6.30 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. - Fantini Club). In order to sign up for the daily card, the athlete must present the medical certificate of fitness for competitive activity specific to cycling.

There will be no charging stations along the route, so we encourage you to manage your battery use according to the route you will be taking. More information on the routes at this link.
